The open storage of funds

There is open storage of funds in Spaso-Sumorin monastery. It is a unique museum in the Vologda region where subjects of museum fund are presented for survey of visitors. In an exposition the visitors can see a greater collection of distaffs, which show different decorative directions of different regions of Russian North, the instrument of work on flax processing, products of Totma’s potters, things made of birch bark, a willow rod, pine roots, and also dishes made of glass and ceramics of XIX-beginning of XX centuries. Open storage of funds gives to the visitors an opportunity to see more than 3000 items and to know about Totma’s crafts.
